After 32 weeks of sewing for the Scrappiness is Happiness Quilt Along, we can’t believe everything is finishing up! We are so glad you joined us for this scrappy quilt along celebrating Lori Holt’s Scrappiness is Happiness Quilt Book. Today we’re sharing the last couple blocks, finishing, and a few incredible quilt tops from some of you that have been following along.
Week 30: Tall Pines Block
We are pining after the blocks from week thirty! The Tall Pines Blocks are so cute we couldn’t help falling for this easy, scrappy quilt block. It looks just as incredible on repeat in the Tall Pines Quilt!
Week 31: Toy Sewing Machine Block
Our sewing machines have been working overtime throughout this quilt along to stay on track, but not as hard as the Toy Sewing Machine Block is working as the final block pulling our Scrappiness is Happiness Sampler Quilts together!
Week 32: Finishing & Optional Pieced Backing
The pieced backing blocks are quick as can be and add a lovely scrappy element to the back of this all around scrap-filled quilt!
Our Scrappiness is Happiness Sampler Quilt is already off to be longarm quilted, but we will show it on our social media channels and on the Fat Quarter Shop YouTube Channel later this year so be sure you’re following along with us there!

Watched a great quilt tutorial for a fat quarter quilt using fat quarters. Said it was free pattern. Cannot find pattern. Made from fat quarter bundle.
Incorporated 5×13 pieces,plus two other pieces. Loved it. Late at night and I wasn’t my sharpest so didn’t get info except free, made from fat quarters and another 3 piece block. I’d appreciate any help. Thank you
