The Perfect 5 Quilts book is coming soon to the Fat Quarter Shop! Continuing in the tradition of It’s Sew Emma’s popular Perfect 10 Quilts book, Perfect 5 Quilts is a companion to one of our favorite precuts, the 5″ Charm Pack. If you have extra charm packs you’re itching to stitch with, you’ll love the versatility of the 16 quilt patterns in this book. The patterns are based on the number of charm packs needed: 1, 2, 3, or 4.
To celebrate the book release later this month, we’ve designed a Perfect 5 Sampler Quilt that includes blocks from the book. This sampler quilt is a taste of all the quilts, as blocks from all 16 quilts are included, so you’ll get to try them all in our Perfect 5 Quilt Along!
We’re starting the Perfect 5 Quilt Along on Wednesday, October 9, and we have a fun lineup of bloggers who will be sharing their blocks (and other Perfect 5 inspired projects) with us during the event!

We have the full Fabric Requirements HERE for you to use and pick out your fabrics before the Quilt Along starts.
We will be making two blocks every Wednesday from October 9 to December 4! You will need the Perfect 5 Quilts book and Perfect 5 Ruler to help you complete the sampler quilt.
Quilt Along Schedule
Starting October 9, we will share with you the cutting instructions for two blocks each week. You can use that with the Perfect 5 Quilts book to sew the Perfect 5 Sampler Quilt.
