Log Cabin Block Foundation Paper Piecing Tutorial

We’ve got a fun and FREE project in store for our quilters this week, the Jelly Cabin Fever quilt! Log Cabin quilts are a traditional favorite that get a whole lot easier to sew with the help of Log Cabin Foundation Papers! To really get the hang of this, we’ve included a FREE Jelly Cabin Fever Quilt Layout Guide and a video tutorial to use with the paper and a couple of Jelly Rolls!

What You’ll Need

The Jelly Cabin Fever quilt finishes at 48 ½” x 48 ½” and can be sized up or down by adding or subtracting blocks. You’ll want to watch the video tutorial and follow the instructions for piecing on the Log Cabin Quilt Block Foundation Paper Pad. To make the quilt as shown, you’ll need these supplies:

Kimberly made her quilt in Urban Farmhouse Gatherings by Primitive Gatherings for Moda Fabrics. This new collection will be available beginning in early November!
