Flying Geese Stocking Tutorial
Growing up in Korea, Christmas stockings were not familiar to me, as we don’t have fireplaces. (We have heated floors instead.) The inspiration for this came from my sewing friend Kristin’s cozy winter living room. It was decorated with lots of candles, cinnamon sticks, and pine cones, and there I saw quilted stockings hanging by her fireplace. I loved them so much, and she made one for me! Ever since then, Christmas stockings have become one of my favorite holiday gifts to make for others. – Minki Kim
I hope you enjoy making my Flying Geese Stockings and brightening someone’s holiday!
