These Quilt As You Go stockings are easy to make! Minki Kim sewed hers in her Forgotten Memories collection for Riley Blake Designs.

Growing up in Korea, Christmas stockings were not familiar to me, as we don’t have fireplaces. (We have heated floors instead.) The inspiration for this came from my sewing friend Kristin’s cozy winter living room. It was decorated with lots of candles, cinnamon sticks, and pine cones, and there I saw quilted stockings hanging by her fireplace. I loved them so much, and she made one for me! Ever since then, Christmas stockings have become one of my favorite holiday gifts to make for others. – Minki Kim
