PATTERN CORRECTION:

Although we do our best to catch them, occasionally mistakes happen. This month’s Flitter Quilt Pattern has a wrong SKU listed on the back for your background and borders. We listed C120-Blueberry however, if you want to make a quilt like ours, you will need C120-CoastalBlue. Our Flitter Finishing Kit is correct if you want to pick up one of those. Sorry for any confusion.

Flitter Finishing Kit

Want to make a quilt like ours? We are offering a Flitter Finishing Kit that includes your cornerstones, background and binding. You will just need to select a backing fabric of your choice. We recommend this sku.

Chunky Crochet Thread Project

Did you know Kimberly’s original love of crafts come from learning to crochet when she was six?  So when Lori Holt designed her Chunky Crochet Thread it was a match made in heaven.

Kimberly searched for the perfect blanket and decided to make the Nursery Blanket Project from the Granny Squares Home Book.  Both Kimberly and Lori took their own take on this adorable crochet project. Kimberly made hers using the Cloud Chunky Crochet Thread for the in-between short rows while Lori used all different colors, just like in the book!

Kimberly’s Nursery Crochet Blanket

What do you need?

Kimberly’s blanket is currently 51” but is still sewing so she might need more skeins of it to make it larger!

Lori’s Nursery Crochet Blanket

What do you need?

Lori’s blanket is also a work in progress and is still adding more rows to her blanket! You can truly make this quilt as big or as small as you would like! Find out more about Lori’s crochet project and thread on her blog, Bee in my Bonnet.

We are also giving away one Chunky Crochet Thread Sampler Package! You’ll get six 10 gram skeins of chunky thread to have your take on this crochet blanket. All you have to do is sign up for our newsletter using the link below and you will be automatically entered to win. [*Giveaway ends 1/28/2018 at 11:59 PM CST. Winner will be chosen at random.
