It’s time to break some dishes with brand new stitches! In the latest addition to the Shortcut Quilt Series, Kimberly shows how to turn a simple Broken Dishes quilt block into something beautiful and unique. The Charm Pack Crispies Quilt is an easy way to elevate the traditional Broken Dishes block, so try it out with all those Charm Packs you have stashed away, or make one just like ours! Keep reading for all the details and to see the video tutorial.
The Quilt Pattern
This quilt pattern inspired by the traditional Broken Dishes block includes information for Crib, Lap, Twin, and Queen size quilts that are all Charm Pack-friendly! If you want to easily get everything you need to make one just like ours, you can pick up the Charm Pack Crispies Quilt Kit. Don’t forget the backing set for finishing!
If we could butter up the collection we chose for this quilt, we would! Buttercup & Slate by Corey Yoder for Moda Fabrics is full of buttery yellows and cool grays, making it perfect to pair with the Charm Pack Crispies Quilt Pattern for a bright and elegant floral quilt.
