  1. Really Loved this box, everything, especially the fabric and light were perfect! Especially thankful that there was ZERO Lori holt.

  2. I wasnt thrilled with the fabric in this box. Got an let-down feeling when I opened it. But I will still use it and make something beauitful with it. The rest of the box was awesome. Love the little light. It will come in handy.
Thank you for all you do.

  3. I loved all the things in this box. I love Kim Diehl’s fabric. I am looking forward to making the pattern from the box.

  4. i ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! I adore Kim Diehl’s fabric and I was thinking about buying the Quiet Grace jellyroll! The light will come in handy at my sewing machine and especially at my next quilt retreat! I was excited about the pattern, I am going to use black skinny strips instead of the white ( I love the primitive look!). The thread matches so well with the fabric, and it is so nice not to use a cream or light gray for a change. I appreciate the time & effort you put into our boxes each month-thank you!!

  5. It’s a wonderful box! The Vivalux light! I bought the ones for eyeglasses when Kimberly was sporting them, pre-eye surgery, & love them when binding. I’m in love with Pressed flowers & Sugarberry fabric and wish Moda would reprint it. I love the fabric & will make the table runner or 2! The Tulip needles was a huge plus! They’re the best for binding & small stitch quilting like I learned years ago. I love the fabric and Kim Diehl’s pattern but want to use Maureen McCormick jelly roll & have big flowers & different Moda solids as the small strips. I guess I could go on forever but I’ve been getting #sewsamplerbox forever & have hundreds of blue boxes. Love y’all ❤️ 😍

  6. The vivlux lights will come in handy when I’m sewing on my machine upstairs. I like the colors in the jelly roll and love the pattern. I’ve already used the needles. Contrary to others, I love Lori Holt also!

  7. The fabric and pattern would not be something I would ever purchase. I am not complaining because some boxes I love and some I don’t but still love getting them.
I don’t like seeing the negative comments. If I ever got to the point I wasn’t satisfied I would just stop getting them and not complain.
I think you and your staff do a great job.

  8. Love everything about this box! Kim Diehl fabrics have always been a favorite..repro fabrics are 99% of my stash. The light is something I have been thinking about purchasing…and here it is!
    This box is spectacular!

  9. I was so happy to see that the fabric was from Kim Diehl. I usually go for the brighter colors but have always loved her fabrics and now have a chance to sew with them! It’s nice to have another designer in the mix. These fabrics would be gorgeous in an Irish Chain as well. Especially for those who aren’t especially loving these colors. The white or ivory will break it up to make these warm colors into a beautiful and welcoming quilt. I love this box. I know it’s hard to come up with things every month, but you all do a great job.

  10. I look forward to these wonderful boxes every month and this one was no different. The colors in these fabrics are right up my alley and I’m saving them for a special quilting project. The light is one of my favorites from the box. I have really good lighting at my machine so didn’t know if adding it would make much difference, but surprisingly it works great for added light pointed in front of my needle! Love it so much! Thank you for the great boxes and variety of useful items I find in them!

  11. I am new to the Sew Sampler subscription box. I received my first box in January. The Lori Holt items were great. Quilted Witch was my introduction to Lori. Her fabrics like most designer collections never shine on a screen or photograph compared to realtime experience. Colors meet my eyes in a different way. If that Witch design had not grabbed my attention, I would probably never have purchased a Lori collection. Colors playing together cannot be fully appreciated through digital tools.

    Then came February Sampler Box.
Another new fabric designer for me.
It didn’t take me long to see how well it played with my stash of Laundry Basket Quilt fabrics. And the light will be helpful while cleaning machine bobbin area… portable and bright…thanks FQS for the introduction to new favorites.

  12. I’m new to the Sew Sampler Box and wished I could have gotten in on the January 2024 box with Lori Holts Mercantile roll nevertheless I loved February’s box especially the Vivi Lux light! Mimi’s fabrics will be added to my collection of fabrics although I hardly ever purchase these colors it’s nice to have a variety. I liked the patterns and I was thrilled to receive the betweens needles since I also hand quilt! Great job FQS you all do a wonderful job that always goes above and beyond.

  13. Loved this month’s SS box. KD fabrics are beautiful. I was extremely happy to see something other than the same color way of fabrics LH, S&C,BM, LB. But I’m most excited about the ViviLux light, I didn’t know I needed one until I put it on my machine.
I know Kimberly isn’t a batik fan but wouldn’t that make a wonderful box? Something really different.
Thank you to everyone at FQS for everything you do.

  14. Great Sew Sampler box FQS! Y’all know how to make fun and unique boxes time after time!
My favorite part of the box was the fabric, which I am saving for this upcoming autumn season. Again, great work! 🙂

  15. This was the BEST box ever. I attached the light to the arm of my chair to shine on my hand quilting and my stitches improved. Didn’t know I was so blind. Thanks FQC

  16. I am very disappointed with the Quite Gracie 2 1/2 strip roll.
I love the colors and designs of the fabrics ,the problem is with the inconsistency in the width. I made 4 strip sets of six strips each which measured 12 1/2 “ wide. I then bought the jelly roll from my daughter’s sew box to make my quilt bigger. I made the same strip sets and the width ended up being 12”. Know my blocks will not line up.
