  1. Yep, I think Sunwashed fabric as well. We as SS subscribers are fortunate to get items before the public. And if this is a square-in-a-square pattern, I’m really excited! Thanks FQS!

  2. I as well agree. Sun washed and square in a square. I have those paper and they are amazing perfect squares every time

  3. I am thinking Sunwashed is supposed to ship in January 2023 I believe, I certainly could be mistaken. However, Emma is suppose to ship in September, so perhaps it is Emma. But, no matter what the fabric is I know it will be a beauty! FQS is the best!

    1. Tulip Tango has been out for a bit and is pinks, greens, beiges and blacks. It’s a gorgeous line but probably not the fabric for the Aug 2022 box. 😉

  4. Is it from Sherri and Chelsea? It reminds me of their last two new fabric lines. No matter, I’m so excited!!!!!

  5. I think it will be Sherri and Chelsi Emma fabrics. Sunwashed is lovely but FQS doesn’t usually get fabrics five months in advance to put in Sew Sampler Boxes. I’m excited about any of it. I know it will be beautiful.

  6. While I really do look forward to my SS box each month and enjoy trying out new products, getting new fabric lines first and awesome patterns I do wish once or twice a year they would go with a masculine theme for the men in our lives. Camping. Fishing. Golf. Baseball. National Parks. Something other than always cutsie and flowery. Just my humble opinion.

    1. I agree with you Debbie! I love all the beautiful fabric but I would like to see more masculine fabric a few times a year.

    2. I have to agree with you Debbie, my hubby looks forward to the little things I make and a masculine fabric and pattern would be nice, especially since he supports my hobby.

  7. I’m thinking Sherri and Chelsi fabric and pattern. Whatever it is, I can’t wait for the August box!

    1. I hope you are right! I love the Emma fabric line but I don’t see any butterflies in it – just birds.

  8. I think it’s the designer Citrus & Mint version of “Emma”. It has yellow butterflies and similar flowers. Very nice fabric.

  9. I don’t see any butterflies in Emma (citrus & mint). I’m not finding any newer fabric line that has that butterfly design, flower design or the big yellow design shown. Don’t any images used in the sneak peek usually come from the actual fabric we are getting? I haven’t been getting the boxes long enough to know if that’s always the case.

  10. I love the SS boxes! I know the fabric will be fabulous. Sew many people to please. FQS, keep up the creativity.

  11. I like reading these posts and then finding out what it really is. Great guesses every time.

  12. Maybe it’s Corey Yoder’s Buttercup and Slate. The motifs don’t match the line, but she uses lots of florals. I see the blue from Spring Brook and red from other lines in the print. There is a buttercup background and Slate gray in the butterflies.

  13. When I first saw the “fabric frame” of the hint, I thought immediately of Cory Yoder’s Prairie line through Moda that came out several years ago. I had purchased the quilt kit that I believe was Prairie Summer. While the colors don’t quite match, there are similarities with the prints themselves. No matter what comes, I know the box will have things I can use. I just need the time to make the projects.

  14. I love the flowery fabric, but I also love the modern box we get every year. I would love more modern choices.

  15. I do not know what it is but I absolutely love that yellow!!! It’s such a nice change from the browns, teals and corals! And the pattern is such a happy one! 🙂

  16. I am never disappointed in the fabric choices! We are all individuals and have our own tastes. I love gifting the little bundles that don’t excite me. My doctor’s nurse was overjoyed when I gave her a little bundle of Tula Pink fabric! 😊

  17. It can’t be Sunwashed sadly as I’ve studied the yellow fabrics carefully and they don’t feature this butterfly. Whatever it is will be good though as I love the fabric.

  18. Fingers crossed for Emma by Sherri & Chelsi although I don’t recall butterflies in that line, looking forward to their Simply Delightful line too and Corey Yoder’s Buttercup & Slate and Sunwashed lines. I can’t sew as fast as I find new favorite fabric lines to like.

    1. How do I subscribe to the Monthly Sew Sampler Box. I’ve been yearning do to so for.mon ths and hope I can accomplish that goal now.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

  19. Completely thrilled with this month’s box. Love the fabric so much — It’s my favorite collection from these designers yet!
