Sew a Butterfly Quilt with Pat Sloan

Welcome back to the Quilt Goals 2023 challenge! Last month I invited you to set a quilting goal that’s just a little outside your comfort zone. It’s a good way to challenge yourself, learn a new skill and add some pizazz to your quilt practice. Making Tula Pink’s Butterfly Quilt

Pat shared, “I’ve always loved the Tula Pink Butterfly quilt, one of those projects on my ‘I’ll do it someday’ list. When I saw it done up in her newest fabrics I decided to host a quilt along so I would be making it. my sneaky way to get it done is to ask you to join me!”

“I am adding in pieces of her Curiouser & Curiouser line to make it a little more me. I’m even thinking about a side border so it will fit the bed. This has been a wonderful quilt to start in January with all the sunny bright colors, to get me through the dreary days.”
