Happy Thursday everyone! We have Barb and Mary of Me and My Sister Designs on the Jolly Jabber to show you their newest quilt patterns. Let’s start with their Text Me pattern featuring their upcoming LOL collection. This is a 14″ large block quilt that is so simple and fun to make! Check out this video for a quick tutorial!
Next, Barb and Mary show you how to make a flower pot quilt block from their Poison Ivy pattern. This block does not require any templates! Just rotary cutting and some math!
Our last pattern is a FREE pattern that Barb and Mary created for their Weeds collection. This is a great project for a beginning quilter and it uses a layer cake precut.
Let us know which pattern you’re most excited to try in the comments! Thanks for joining us everyone!

Th Poison Ivy looks like a fun block to play with.
Like them all….really like to make the ground cover!!!
All of them! I've just made my first Makin it Cute flower, to put on a tote bag, and I love it. I'll probably make Poison Ivy next.
I really like the "Ground Cover" pattern a lot, but of the two for sale, I love "Text Me".
Something funny (or to prove I'm not overly bright today?) I clicked over to look at the Poison Ivy pattern a little more and kept staring at it trying to figure out why you showed how to make a flower pot. I could NOT for the life of me figure out how those designs going up that quilt were using that flower pot. And THEN it hit me – where the band is splashed across the bottom of that pattern saying it's a PDF pattern it's covering the flower pots. LOL NOW I got it. HAHA Yea, go ahead and laugh at me. 😉
I love them all but know I would make the ground cover quilt…looks great in the Weed collection..and a layer cake! Win-Win.
I like Ground Cover and I like Weeds!
Ground cover, since I am a new quilter and am loving the precuts.

I like the classic look of the free Groundcover pattern. Me and My Sister Designs make such cheerful fabrics.
I like all 3! If I had to pick the one I think is the cutest, it would be the Poison Ivey block.
I love the Text Me pattern!
Text Me looks like a nice twist on a chequerboard pattern! Thanks ladies!
