We’re so excited to start the Millie’s Dresses Quilt Along! Inspired by her grandmother, Lori Holt has fashioned a whole closetful of fancy frocks to sew up! You still have time to join us as we sew through her Millie’s Dresses Quilt Pattern, which, much like the dresses it features, is perfect for any occasion!
The Millie’s Dresses Quilt is 58.5″ x 70.5″ finished, and we’ll be sewing one row a month. To join the Millie’s Dresses Quilt Along, read on and gather your supplies so you can start stitching with us today!

Yes! We always design our patterns to allow starching when we can!
I bought the kit earlier and just finished the top and 5th border yesterday. Now on to the quilting! It got a lot of fun comments at the retreat I attended last weekend. So cute!!
Thank you Kimberly for the tutorial on YouTube! I have a box of my little grandma’s scraps from the 50-60’s and these were her dresses! I love it and it will be such a sentimental quilt. I especially love the tip to add extra fabric to make the blocks come out perfectly! Have my dresses all sewn, now to get the quilt put together!
