Busy Girl Sews Book Tour

Welcome to the Busy Girl Sews Book Tour! We’re celebrating with Heidi Staples of Fabric Mutt‘s first book, Sew Organized for the Busy Girl: Tips to Make the Most of Your Time & Space.

Can we just say that this book is truly adorable and jam-packed with great tips from some of our favorite quilty gals (including Kimberly!). There are 23 thoughtful gifts and projects ranging from quilts, kids toys, home decor, storage cases, and what we sewed up today, the envelope clutch.

This simple envelope clutch is so modern and is designed for so many uses. Our crafty staff, Daniar, chose to make her version from the Playful collection by Melody Miller for Cotton + Steel, along with its coordinating canvas print

This clutch is perfect for toting around Daniar’s sketchbooks and art supplies.

We would like to thank Heidi for inviting us to be a part of this wonderful tour and don’t forget to follow along to see other simple, beautiful, yet practical projects to inspire you!
