Get ready for our annual charity quilt raffle for Make-a-Wish! This stellar quilt raffle gives you a chance to win a finished quilt—all while supporting the wish-granting work of Make-a-Wish, one $5 raffle ticket at a time.
How To Enter The Raffle
Entering the raffle is oh-sew simple! You can purchase raffle tickets for $5 each for a chance to win one of these quilts. 100% of the proceeds from the quilt raffle will benefit Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas to support their wish-granting work for children with critical illnesses. The charity quilt raffle opens at 8 AM CST on Thursday, August 21st, and closes at 11 PM CST on Sunday, August 31st.

The Quilts for Raffle
Each year, we are lucky enough to bring some of our quilty friends in on the fun with us! This year, we have three beaming and beautiful quilts made by Pat Sloan, Lissa Alexander, and our very own Kimberly Jolly.
This beautiful quilt was created by Pat Sloan, with longarm services kindly donated by Karin Richardson. The fabric used is Tiny Secrets by Pat Sloan for Benartex. Pat’s quilt is quilted with pale pink thread, has a sleeve for hanging, and features a handwritten label stitched onto the back. The quilt measures 53.5” x 53.5”, a great size for a wall or couch. Lissa Alexander of Moda Fabrics made this quilt with a bold palette of Bella Solids. The custom longarm quilting includes a delightful mix of patterns and is provided by Michelle Parker of Sew Many Quilts. Lissa’s quilt is backed with a beautiful floral print from the upcoming Wild Honey line by Lella Boutique. The quilt measures 53.5” x 53.5”, a great size for a wall or couch. Kimberly Jolly made her Stardust quilt with the Summertime collection designed by Camille Roskelley for Moda Fabrics. Joanna Marsh quilted it with a pantograph called Tafetta. This is the quilt featured in the video tutorials. The pieced back includes a label, and you can view the raffle HERE.

As we wrap up our 12th Annual Charity Quilt with this raffle, we hope this incredible sewing community will come together and help us to grant more life-changing Wishes to kids here in Texas. Since 2014, the charity quilt alongs by Fat Quarter Shop, Moda Fabrics, and our community have helped raise over $900,000!

This year, an Austin boy’s dream of visiting Disney World was granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Justin’s unforgettable trip included a magical stroll through the Magic Kingdom with Donald Duck and making special memories with his family.
