Spelling Bee Sew Along: Week 30

 

Get back to school with our Spelling Bee Sew Along featuring the Spelling Bee Book! We are beyond excited to start week 30 of the Sew Along!

The Spelling Bee Book is by Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet and features complete instructions for 100 letter, number, punctuation and picture blocks in two sizes plus 18 quilt projects!

This Sew Along will feature 88 of the blocks from the Spelling Bee Book! Lasting 44 weeks, our Sew Along will feature 2 blocks from the book each week. We are featuring the Capital W and lowercase w blocks in the 30th week of the Spelling Bee Sew Along!

It’s April 29th and today is dedicated to a sewing notion that’s zipped into our hearts, ZIPPERS! We love zippers to make bags, pouches, cases and everything in between. Clementine Quilt Along: Month 4 – Coconut Cross

Welcome to the Clementine Quilt Along! We are continuing this Quilt Along with Month 4, Coconut Cross! Our quilt is made with Mama’s Cottage by April Rosenthal for Moda Fabrics and we have quilt kits and the matching backing sets available. If you are just joining us, you can find the full fabric requirements and all the patterns and videos posted so far on our Clementine Quilt Along page.

Most importantly, we are benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with this year’s quilt along. We are asking for a small donation in exchange for downloading each month’s pattern, and together, Fat Quarter Shop and Moda will match up to $20,000 of your donation. We are almost at $8,000, almost halfway to our goal! Thank you to everyone who donated and keep the donations coming so we can reach our goal!
