We’re back for the final post in the Stardust Charity Quilt Along. We had so much fun sewing and stitching up this year’s stellar charity quilt and cross stitch with all of you, and we are so proud of this community’s generosity and enthusiasm for supporting Make-A-Wish!
Stardust Quilt Raffle
First things first, we have the official results of the Stardust Quilt Raffle to share with all of you!
Congratulations to our winners, Donna, Alisa, and Linda! They have been contacted via email to receive their quilts!
The Stardust Charity Quilt Raffle raised an amazing $9,005! Pat Sloan, Lissa Alexander, and Kimberly Jolly generously donated their quilts for the raffle, and we are sew thankful they did! 100% of these proceeds have been added to the donation total.

Funds Raised for Charity
During the Starburst Charity Quilt Along, we gave each block pattern away for free while asking for a donation to our campaign. Altogether, the generous quilting community, paired with the quilt raffle and donations made by Fat Quarter Shop and Moda Fabrics, raised $90,187 this year for Make-A-Wish!

We are thrilled to let you know that, with everyone’s incredible efforts, Make-a-Wish Central and South Texas will be able to grant 9 wishes. These wishes will have such a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and their families, and we couldn’t have done it without dedicated partners like you.

Since 2014, the charity quilt alongs by Fat Quarter Shop and our community have helped raise over $909,000 and granted more than 110 wishes!
The link to Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas is still live and taking donations for this great cause!
Thank you for joining us!
We are already preparing for the 2026 Charity Quilt Along, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Keep an eye out for a blog post bringing you all the details early next year. In the meantime, be sure to share your finished Stardust Quilts by tagging @FatQuarterShop in your photos! Here are the final quilt photos from our three sample makers.

I’m happy to hear thecharity numbers!! Both monetarily and actual cases! That’s so awesome!
Yay for Texas!!!
I’m glad it succeeded very well. I live in Arizona and I’ve been involved with the Make-A-Wish through my husband’s employer DPS where it all began.💜
I’ve learned so much off of the videos thank you, Kimberly and crew
I think I need to get something started like that for the Arizona chapters. I enjoyed it and I love my quilt, but I haven’t seen it yet cause it’s at my long arm friend hopefully getting done as I write this..
And congratulations to everybody we all win..
I really like the quilt pattern. I am just a part time quilter from SW Indiana
When I was younger I did more. I have to many things I like to do and age has slowed me down.
