Kimberly will be sharing her progress on social media on the 1st of each month throughout the year, and if you missed her Livestream from November 15th, where she prepares for the quilt along and shares her fabric plans, you can watch it now while you prepare your own quilt!

This is going to be so much fun this year!
It is going to be fun I have a stack of Christmas fabric and I have the vintage Christmas book so count me in 😊
Can’t wait to start
I have had the booking supplies for so long and have a couple blocks done. Then I just quit working on it. I was so thrilled to hear you were starting another sew along. I am ready to go and I am using the original fabrics.
same here! this will get me excited to continue and finish the quilt.
Ditto! I think I have 8 blocks made, a couple from before and some this week.
I have had the book for years! Thanks for running the BOM. I’m hoping to stick to it!
Which fabric set should I get?
I am so excited to be part of this quilt along. It’s the first time for me so I have all my supplies and my book. Thank you for a new adventure in quilting.
I’ve never done a sew along, Is this a free program? If so how do you get started?
Yep, it’s free! All you need to do is get your supplies and sew along with us!
I’ve never done a sew along but am looking forward to giving it a try. Have my book and now to get the fabrics together. I LOVE Christmas so I am really exxcited.
I’ve had the book and the original kit for several years. I’m looking forward to finally making this quilt.
I’m so excited!! I have made two 9 block throws from this book in the past and thoroughly enjoyed the process. I also love quilt alongs to keep me on track. I can’t seem to find the schedule. The link for the “supplies and schedule” only shows the supply list. Oh, well. I’ll find it eventually!!
I’m a bit late to the party since I just received the fabric and book. But I found the schedule as a page 3 of the info guide I downloaded.
I was gifted this book a few years ago and a sew along will hopefully keep me on track to make this adorable quilt.
I am knew. Ex: with the stable how do you know what brown to use or blue for manger? Do I just wing it? Thank for any info. I have the kit from FQS.
I am so excited to start this sew along!
Count me in!
I got out my stash of Christmas fabrics and decided my sister is going to get this quilt for Christmas this year (2025). I already have the book and have made most of the blocks in the 12 inch size for other quilts. The 6 inch size will be a challenge with the blocks that have lots of pieces, but I know that I can do it. And if I do weii on it my nephews and nieces may each get one in future years.
i have had this book forever and now I finally can join fellow quilters and get started. Yippee! Let’s go.
I just got this book! Can’t wait to start the sew along. I can’t believe I was able to find all the cozy christmas fabric! Just waiting for delivery.
I’m in. I have the book and the kit should come Monday. This will be fun!
I bought the kit when it first came out but didn’t feel like I was good enough to tackle it. Now I’m more confident and experienced and can’t wait to start it with you! 😊
Can you still get the fabric kit?
Is there a fabric guide? I am starting the first block of the kit and Quilt Along (Manger), but I don’t have any solid yellow as shown in the book needed for the star. Is a print used?
I have the old fabric fat quarter bundle and cannot wait to get started!!!
I’m a little confused about the supply list. Block backgrounds 2 1/2 yards is for which background? The white blocks?
3/4 yard block background is for colored block background?
1 1/2 yards sashing is in addition to block backgrounds?
Trying to get this all straight in my mind.
I’m excited to join this sew along. I’ve made a row quilt from this book for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. It inspired me to start this quilt. I have a few blocks made and am so happy to have friends to sew with now!
