The Cross Stitch Key by It’s Sew Emma
The ultimate reference tool for cross stitch! The Cross Stitch Key by It’s Sew Emma features four functions. The key displays a reference guide for floss count and needle size, a cloth counter to help you measure cloth size, a ruler for general measurements, and a corner guide to help you position your designs.

One of our favorite features on the Cross Stitch Key is the corner guide. The guide helps you determine where to start your piece by measuring the amount of border space you need. The guide measures from the corner of your cloth at 1.5″, 2″, and 2.5″. There is also a 3″ ruler next to the key, to help you measure the cloth piece you chose, while still keeping the Cross Stitch Key compact and easy to throw in a project bag.
The cloth counter and reference guide are must-have tools for all cross stitchers. These features help you do the math on needle size and cloth size so you can spend less time counting and more time stitching.
The Cross Stitch Line Keeper by It’s Sew Emma
Thanks to the Cross Stitch Line Keeper by It’s Sew Emma, you’ll never lose track of your stitches again! These magnetic line keepers attach to your chart, so you can easily see exactly where you are at all times. The set includes four folding line keepers, two 1″ x 6″ and two 1″ x 7.5″.

There are a few different ways to use your Cross Stitch Line Keeper. You can keep your line keeper above or below the line you are stitching to mark the line you are working on. You can also use two line keepers to mark off multiple sections.

I was taught years ago to use 3 strands of floss on 14 count to make the piece look fuller
These are handy tools but don’t really seem to go with the Fat Quarter Shop aesthetic. Any chance these will be released in cute colors in the near future?
What happened to Bonnie Hunter. I enjoyed reading her every morning
Can I ask why you guys keep recommending Frixion products for use on fabric when the manufacturer has said over and over again that they were never meant to be used like that? The marks can and do come back and when they do, they don’t always go away again. I ruined a quilt with them. It makes me sad that they keep being recommended here.
