We’re celebrating our quilting community with a free block of the week quilt along called the Sewcialites Quilt Along. We’ve joined forces with 18 talented designers to bring you a free 38-week quilt along with amazing sampler blocks and sew many options! This week’s designer is an expert quilter, author, and podcaster and is one half of the duo Sherri & Chelsi for Moda Fabrics. Sherri designed the Wisdom block as a beginner-friendly block anyone would be smart to sew up! You can watch Kimberly’s video tutorial on YouTube for some tips on putting it together.
Sherri sewed her 9″ Wisdom block from her collection Happy Days by Sherri & Chelsi for Moda Fabrics. Visit Sherri’s blog for more details about her block, sewing process and her fabrics. Sherri’s block looks wonderful in the variety of prints she chose.

Kimberly is sewing with the Homestead collection by April Rosenthal for Moda Fabrics. She made her blocks in all three sizes for a fun challenge.
