Corey sewed up her 3” block using Spring Brook for Moda Fabrics. She noted that starch is going to help everything lay nicely! She also pressed her seams open to help and pinned her intersections. Finished Quilt Giveaway!
If you’ve been sewing along all this time here’s a little extra motivation to finish that quilt top and show it off! You can enter to win a $500, $200 or $50 gift certificate from Fat Quarter Shop when you share a photo of your completed Sewcialites quilt top (it can be quilted and bound or not) on Instagram with the hashtag #SewcialitesQAL and make sure to tag @fatquartershop.
One entry per person. If you post two quilts, we’ll filter for one entry.
You can use an alternate setting different from ours as long as there are 30 or more Sewcialites pattern blocks included.

I love how different it looks with the yellow block at the top where the border is a different shade of white/cream.
I too like the block at the top it shows a star within the block.
I want to add that I have fun keeping up with all the quilt blocks and thank all 18 of you for designing and sharing them with me (us).
I also enjoyed doing the Jelly Snowflake. The first mystery quilt for me.

Is there not to be a set of Finishing Instructions with this quilt for any size? No cute shashing ideas? I have not seen a pattern free or otherwise for the layout as posted when this all started. Sorta plain, but better than nothing. Reply expected. Thank you for your time.

absolutely loved this sewalong.for the first time my squares turned out well.really loved it
