Florabelle Block by Heather Briggs
This week’s designer, Heather Briggs, is the fabric designer, pattern designer, and all-around maker of pretty things behind My Sew Quilty Life. This week, she brought us the intermediate-level Florabelle Block. Square in a Square blocks are framed by fluttering flying geese for a beautiful little floral block you will want to make season after season. Take a look at the Florabelle Block in all three size options, using different collections! Kimberly sewed the 6″ block using Lyda Rose by Bunny Hill Designs for Moda Fabrics, Gina Tell (@gina_tell_threadgraffiti) made the 3″ block in Wild Honey by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics, and Pat Sloan (@quilterpatsloan) pieced her 9″ block with Rosie by Fig Tree Quilts for Moda Fabrics.
Three of our Quilty Staffers are joining in and making the 9″ blocks using Blueprint by Camille Roskelley for Moda Fabrics, American Gatherings III by Primitive Gatherings for Moda Fabrics, and In the Garden by Corey Yoder for Moda Fabrics.
