This box is underwhelming for me. The pattern is cute, but I’m not feeling this box otherwise. I’m sure a lot of recipients will love it, though.

I love the November box with the darling pattern and the absolutely adorable Love Lily fabric. I’ve already ordered the backing fabric. Cindy’s seam rippers work fantastic and it’s nice to be able to try the new one. I have many bindings to sew on this year so I will use these new thimbles too! Thank you FQS!

I am not loving this box as well. I will be donating several items to my quild for bingo prizes. I did like the fabric and pattern. It is fun to get a surprise in the mail. Looking forward to the next box.
Why are you not offering finishing kits for this box or the October box?
I don’t think they are going to be offering finishing kits going forward.
Hi Liz, we found that with the worldwide delays in shipping, it became too difficult to time the delivery of the boxes with the finishing kits. For that reason and others, for the time being, we are providing the yardage suggestion on the pattern and stocking those fabrics in the shop so that those who want to can purchase the yardage to complete their quilts. Hope that helps!

This was one of my least favorite boxes as well. I am not posting this to be mean in any way. I just want to leave honest feedback. I did really like the fabric though.
I have to agree, I am hopeful the next one has items more my taste. I have put all the items in a spot to set out at the next quilt retreat for others to enjoy.

I love this box ! Something different in the fabric line and really like the pattern that goes with it. The notions are very useful. Even though I already have a couple of these things, I just went and put the extras in my notions box for retreat and sewing classes. That way I don’t have to pack and repack the things I need or take a chance of forgetting something.
I like this box quite a bit! Happy to receive bright fabrics for a change. The only thing I probably won’t use is the seam ripper. Haven’t tried it yet but it seems awkward to me. Otherwise, great box!!
This is my first box in the Sew Sampler series so I can’t compare it to other boxes. I do like the fabric and the Shooting Stars pattern. The Gypsy Wand may end up going to my grand niece for her sewing collection. Plus she likes the color purple. I will use one of the thimbles as one is a little small for my quilting finger. The quilt card will also probably go to my grand niece as I already have that pattern in several books and have made it countless times as it works great for sunflower blocks. I needed a new seam ripper so this will be a useful tool. Can’t wait until the December box becomes available

i’m an international customer so my box still hasn’t arrived. I know I’m going to love it. My table is too high so I ssit on an office chair raised as high as it will go and then I have my machine pedel on a box. When I drop a pin to the floor it is way beyond my reach, I can’t wait for the gypsy wand. I never use a thimble because my fingers are too fat. Maybe one of these will fit.

It’s hard to please all the people all of the time but for myself, I loved this box. The fabric is so pretty and I will definitely put all the gadgets to good use. Thanks FQS. Can’t wait for the December box to arrive.
I am so thrilled about the Gypsy wand! It is easier to use picking up loose pins than the magnetic pin holder.
I agree, this box was not my favorite. The pin wand is huge and seems juvenile. Also, since the boxes were significantly delayed the coupon code is out of date. Will the codes be honored?
The coupon codes have been extended for each delayed box. Sew Sampler members received an email update recently with the new dates a few weeks ago, I believe. November coupon expires April 20, 2022. December and January coupons will be valid through 5/20/22.
I’m a new member. Haven’t received my box yet! but this looks disappointing, not what i had expected. Hoping december’s box will be better.
