Quilty Fun by Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet on Video

With the Quilty Fun release date quickly approaching, we thought it would be fun to show you a little film we shot during our Quilty Fun photo shoot! Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet shares a bit about her inspiration behind the Bee in my Bonnet Row Along, her journey into quilting, and shows off the new projects found in the book. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the Quilty Fun photo shoot, a glimpse into Lori’s vintage cottage, and see the It’s Sew Emma team in action.

This was our first time trying to document our photo shoot process. Lori’s house was full of items lovingly collected over the years that easily became props for our photos. A picture says a thousand words, and hopefully our video can say even more. Bee in my Bonnet isn’t just Lori’s quilt style, it’s her lifestyle!

Just like all the new projects in this book are expansions upon the Bee in my Bonnet Row Along quilt, we hope this book encourages you to think outside the box with your fabric and with your quilt designs.

Did you enjoy our Quilty Fun film? Are you excited for the book to arrive? We would love to know! P.S. More information about Quilty Fun here, here and here. And pre-order your copy here!
