Let me just tell you, there are some pretty spectacular booths and projects and fabric lines and designers and manufactures and…well, if we’re being honest, all of Quilt Market is pretty spectacular! So now we’re going to show you just a few of our pictures of things that you specifically asked to see, announce the winner from last night’s blog AND we’re going to have another giveaway at the end of this post!
So excited to meet Ty Pennington! Not only is he incredibly good looking but so is his fabric! We’ll be carrying all of his new Impressions prints so be sure to check them out on the Coming Soon page!

Mary and Barb of Me and My Sister Designs in their booth with their absolutely adorable new collection, Twirl! These two are absolutely hilarious! I mean, just look at them standing in the plant display like that! And seriously, how cute are those quilts?!

Anne Sutton of Bunny Hill Designs standing in her super cute booth which was fully stocked with tons of amazing quilts! Check out the Merry Merry Snowmen on the right and Hoos My Baby? on the left! Gotta love the little owls and snowmen!

His collection is masculine, so great for a man’s quilt, but it’s also beautiful and feminine enough to be women’s apparel. I’m serious, ya’ll will love this line, it’s terrific!
We’re so excited about all the great new lines that we got to see today and there are going to be even more new collections tomorrow! We really did see a little bit of everything today!

  1. They are all beautiful but my favourite has to be Santa's Workshop. I'll be keeping my eyes open for that next Christmas!

  2. So many gorgeous things but my favourite is the Cosmo Cricket Salt Air fabric and the pattern used for that quilt is fabulous.

  3. I'm really loving Daisy Cottage. And the quilt design with the little houses is way too adorable. Together the fabric and pattern create such a welcoming a homey feeling.

  4. Lots of beautiful fabrics, but the most striking thing I've seen is the introduction of Parson Gray. There's a lack of more masculine designs out there and this is a great step forward. I can see me making office clothes for myself too!

  5. This was it–the California Girl fabrics, and especially the cute quilt I saw made from them. As a native Californian living in the rainy Pacific NW, I think that would be the perfect quilt to work on this winter.

  6. So many things to choose from, I like Bunny Hill booth. The merry merry snowmen is beautiful.

  7. I love the California Girl fabric! It's perfect for a California Girl like myself. Thanks for this wonderful giveaway.

  8. My favorite among these photos is the one from cluck cluck sew. That quilt was stunning and I would love to make it. The colours in that quilts is so me 🙂

  9. Can't go past Santa's Workshop. My hubby is a Christmas freak and he bounced when he saw this on the blog!
    Princess Tanya

  10. I've had so much fun reading all the tweets and FB posts from your Quilt Market trip. I almost feel as though I was there. Thank you for sharing those with us. Let's see….my favorite thing so far. I don't know who it's by or anything about it, but saw a picture on FB, and the quilt is actually made like a sampler with lettering and numbers. I MUST HAVE THIS when I find out the info. Love seeing all the faces and beautiful quilts and fabrics. So fun! Awesome giveaway!!

  11. Its all wonderful!! Especially love Hello Luscious.
Must be great being there to see it all so thanks for letting us see all the yummy things.

  12. Great getting to see the new fabric lines! I just fell in love with Sweetwater's Reunion… and Lark and … I could just go on!!!! This is going to take a huge toll out of my purse…but I love it!

  13. Love fig tree fabrics but I think the best discovery this quilt market is Amy Butler's husband line. Beautiful, graphic, masculine but so versatile! Love it!

  14. Thanks for the chance to win some delightful fabric. So far I think the guys are pretty cute but my favourite stall was Foxtails – just love those hexagons!

  15. Ooooh… Fig Tree! Love all the fig tree lines but it's also great to see a totally new direction by David Butler. Lovely prints that can be combined with a lot of other lines too as well as kept in a grey palette.

  16. Thanks for the Quilt Market coverage – it's great to get a sneak peek at what's coming. I am a big Ann Kelle fan so I am looking forward to her new fabric lines as well as her cool cords collection coming out next month. Thanks for the giveaway.

Thanks so much for sharing Market with us like you do. Hugs…

  126. It is so hard to pick just one! Bunny HIll is always gorgeous and I am always drawn to the Fig Tree prints. Thanks for the chance to win!

  127. It's always hard to pick a favorite, so I'm going to say I love Parson Gray's Curious Nature because I'm always looking for something more masculine for the guys and I love California Girl because I just see my beautiful daughter in those fabrics.

  128. Although everything in your photos looks wonderful, I must admit that I'm excited about the more masculine prints – curious Nature by "Parson Gray". Having two adult sons, I often find it difficult to find suitable fabrics for a "man's quilt".

  129. Oh, I'm so torn. But I'm still loving Papillon from yesterday!! Hello Luscious is a close second. Thanks for these wonderful updates. 🙂

  130. My favorite of the day is "Daisy Cottage" but…oh, my…that "Parson Gray" is pretty intriguing to say the least so I'm very anxious to see what's up with that!

  141. The creative talent just amazes me. Although hard to pick just one, my all time favorite is Anne Sutton and love the snowman quilt!! So warm and snuggly cute. Followed by David Butler's Curious Nature. I can think of quite a few men to sew for using this line.

  146. I'm impressed with the new line of Parson Gray. It's always so hard to find masculine fabrics. I appreciate your blog posting. It provides an opportunity to see the new trends.

  147. I so appreciate the tour of market aisles minus the aching feet that usually goes with it. My favorite? Well it has to be more Dr Seuss with It's So Emma but California Girl and Moda's Salt Air are right behind the funny characters. Many good lines coming.

  148. Oh drat, that is too hard of a decision to make. I love to see all the new beautiful fabrics, nothing like that to get you wanting to sew something up! Thanks for the great giveaway

  158. Love the BasicGrey display. The colors are beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing your journey at Quilt Market. Your pictures are great! Looking forward to today's pictures.

  159. I am SO excited for Parson Gray! The men in the family have been asking for quilts lately but I have such a hard time finding enough masculine prints for a good quilt without making it totally monochromatic and boring. These look wonderful and I can't wait to get my hands on them!

  160. The colors, the fabrics , the quilts, the patterns and more ,love them all. I, also, love the photos of the designers and their booths. Thank you for the pictures. cori

  167. I've really been struck by the pictures I've seen of David Butler's new fabric. The colors are masculine, but the prints really appeal to me. I'm also in love with both of Anne Sutton's new quilts – especially the snowmen! How much fun you must be having at quilt market!

  168. Excited about seeing – the Cluck, Cluck, Salt Air by Cosmo Cricket for Moda – OMGosh – I just want to run my hands of the rich colors and dream of sewing it up. 177. Well you have certainly showed us so much beautiful stuff today. Being there in person might just be too overwhelming for me. I am always a real fan of the Sweetwater team so I relly enjoyed seeing that photo.

  178. can I say Ty? I want to take him home? no? I guess it's either Dear Stellas booth (I have not heard of her before, love the colors!) or that Amy Buttlers hubby is as creative as she is, his line looks great, worth investigating too!

Thank you for sharing your photos with us.

  184. Seriously it is SUCH a good thing I am not anywhere near all that awesomeness. I'd have to sell my house to pay off the bill I'd create from buying EVERYTHING! LOL I cannot honestly pick which one of those are my favorite. They're all great for different reasons. I do really love Patty's Lush line quite a bit though. Such happy colors. Santa's Workshop and Dr Suess both are screaming at me too.

  185. Thanks for the updates. All that beautiful fabric! But Twirl caught me followed by all of the rest.

  225. Through your pics on twitter, I got a sense of really "being there" and it was highly exciting to see all the lovely new ideas and colours. A chord struck for me in particular, was in recognising the need for contemporary masculine fabrics and patterns and I thought the Parson's Grey was terrific.
