  1. I just saw Twice as Nice by The Quilted Fish for Riley Blake, and I love it! I know it is not available yet, but I think it would be so pretty.

  2. Love this pattern! I would like to see it made from Edges by Laura Gunn for Michael Miller Fabrics using a mix of the Saffron and Azure colorways.

  3. I think the Cosmos Collection by Laura Gunn for Michael Miller Fabrics will be great because of the high contrast on colors available in the collection.

  4. I am obsessed with Comma, so I would use that line for this pattern. I can just imagine the orange pops of color throughout!

  5. It's never too soon to think Christmas, so I would choose Snowman Gatherings by Primitive Gastherings. I already have a charm pack so some yardage would be wonderful.

  6. I love the new line, catch of the day and was just thinking that it would be fun to use in this pattern and make a summer quilt with it.

I see some of the new Kaffe Fassett Collective fabrics by Westminster fabrics used for this quilt with most of the prints reading as a color, and a few with lots of colors. I'm partial to prints with blue, purple, red, orange, umber, and some that have a variety of colors.
Some of the new Kaffe Fassett Collective by Westminster that I like are: Sand Dollars, Cosmos, St. Clements, Daisy Chain, Flutter, Crackle, Blue Nets, Cool Zig Zag, Orange Pebble Mosaic, Violets, Babaganoush, Epoch, etc.
That's my fabric choices. Now UI need the funding!

  8. This quilt is beautiful as it is, but if I had to pick a different fabric line I think I'd try Saltwater by Tula Pink.

  9. I think Riley Blake's gingham would look really nice. Something about the grid and the angles.

  10. This pattern would make a great Christmas quilt with the Giving Quilt fabric line. Thanks. jleekamitchell(at)yahoo(dot)com.

  11. I would love to see this made from batiks! The layer cake set Sea Glass Tonga Treat Squares by Timeless Treasures Fabrics with a dark gray batik in place of the white would be rich! jcoordt(at)hotmail(dot)com

  12. Because of the busyness of the quilt pattern i would use something soft and soothing such as Mocha Kiss Tonga. What beautiful fabric! I think something lovely could be done with the shades and variations using the pattern of this quilt.

  13. I think it would look great in a crib quilt size with E-I-E-I-O by Jack and Lulu for Dear Stella Fabrics. This is a great blog giveaway idea!

  14. I've been hankering to make a little girl's quilt with Cherry on Top by
Keiki for Moda, and this pattern would be adorbs! Especially with cherry red for the solid!

  15. I cannot wait for High Street Fat Quarter Bundle by Lily Ashbury for Moda Fabrics to come out! I would definitely use it for this quilt!

  16. I would love to use the Kaffe Fasset Earth fabrics. Thanks for a chance to win. VermontPines at aol dot com

  17. I will be using Vibrant Poppy to make this quilt! It will be perfect and since we are here in Texas and it is bluebonnet season this seems to be the perfect color choice. Mrstexhammer @gmail . Com

  18. This would look great in Textures by Angela Waters for Art Gallery Fabrics! I really like this pattern.

  19. I would make this quilt with "Shades of Black by Me & My Sister Designs"
I would use a yellow or orange monochromatic fabric for the back and binding….to make it POP! Cindy Newell (

  20. I think Stars Wars II by Camelot cottons would make the perfect quilt for a guy- using grey/ yellow for background. Such a diverse pattern- almost any fabric would look great. Thanks for the opportunity.

  21. How great would this look in Avalon by Fig Tree?! I think it would be beautiful! Thanks for the opportunity to win. =)

  22. I would use Portico from Dear Stella Fabrics for a gorgeous neutral-colored quilt. It would be so different from my usual brightly colored projects!

  23. Indie Chic for Riley Blake. White/linen colored background. The blues and yellows would sparkle like facets.

  24. I know it's not out yet, but I think that S'more Love, by Eric & Julie Comstock for Moda would look so CUTE in this quilt pattern. The owls are awesome @.@

  25. I'd love to see this in some Timeless Treasures Sketch prints. Looks like an interesting pattern that would take solids or near solids really well.

  26. Why not use Vintage Modern by Bonnie&Camille? I love the reds and blues in the line.

    Fun pattern!
