Fall Quilt Market 2017: Saturday

And we have wrapped up Day 1 of Quilt Market 2017. It was an amazing, whirlwind day packed with wonderful fabrics, quilts and notions.  No matter how much we saw, we just could not get enough! Come join us for another day of meeting familiar faces, meeting new peers, and discovering all that’s new in the quilt world! Let’s take a look at the highlights from our first day of adventure at Quilt Market:

Moda blew us away with their gorgeous booth, themed I Dream of Moda! We were blown away not only by their booth, filled with dreamcatchers and constellations, but also the booths of their amazing designers of course!

We got to take a look at all of the Moda capsets of all their diverse, color-filled, Market-fresh lines! We loved seeing all that will be coming up on the Fat Quarter Shop page!

Forget salt and pepper, we think Pepper & Flax by Corey Yoder is our seasoning of choice this year!

Christmas came early with Bonnie & Camille’s new collection Vintage Holiday! This duo knows how to wow us – look for subtle metallics in their first Christmas collection!

Joanna from Fig Tree Quilts showed us her newest collection, Ella & Ollie! Such fun and bright colors to add to any quilt, and we love how she pairs it with Moda denim and Mochi Linen for extra pop and texture!

Lori Holt did it again with the Let’s Bake Quilt for Riley Blake Designs!  This quilt stays completely true to the curated “clutter” in Lori’s vintage kitchen!

We were so proud to display our Block of the Month quilt, Aunt Grace Box of Scraps, at the Marcus Fabrics booth! It is It’s Sew Emma’s first time designing a block of the month for Marcus, and we were honored to use Judie Rothermel’s collection!

Completely in love with Tula Pink, her booth, her new notions, her new collections Pom Pom & Stripes and All Stars, and her Pom Pom Quilt!

We got a really good look at the gorgeous Cadence Court Quilt made with the Foundations collection by Sassafras Lane Designs! Shayla says it’s not as hard as it looks!

We took a quick trip with the Day Trip collection by Dana Willard! Fell head over heels in love with the All Roads Lead to Tacos sign, lady after our own taco lovin’ hearts!

Got a look at the From the Heart Quilt and it definitely stole our hearts!

We met Violet Craft who showed us her breathtaking collection, Palm Canyon, to make her quilt Atomic Starburst!

And that’s a wrap on Day 1 at Quilt Market 2017! Of course, we can’t forget that with another day at Quilt Market done, we have another GIVEAWAY!
