Happy Monday, quilters! We have a very special gift for you today! Our next block in the Deck-ade the Halls quilt along is all wrapped and tied with a big, big bow. You probably guessed it, it is a Christmas gift! Introducing our gift to you, the Season of Giving block.
While the holidays are not just about gifts, we sure do love to share some love and give our family and friends pretty Christmas presents! This week’s block celebrates the Season of Giving. The two aqua gifts surround the adorable munchkin green gift and all three Season of Giving blocks are accented with the signature red grunge to tie it in together. And to add an extra dash of cute-ness, we topped them with over sized bows!
Pick your fabrics and let’s get started. The downloadable PDF pattern will guide you through the piecing process and our instructional video will walk you through any unfamiliar techniques. Kimberly will show a few key techniques needed to construct this block, like half square triangle blocks, corner squares and straight 1/4 inch seams. The process will be a breeze!
