Blogger's Choice: Kristyne Czepuryk of Pretty By Hand + GIVEAWAY CLOSED - The Jolly Jabber Quilting Blog

Blogger’s Choice: Kristyne Czepuryk of Pretty By Hand + GIVEAWAY CLOSED

Some things are just prettier when made by hand. Blogger Kristyne Czepuryk has mastered the art of handmade, and documents her adventures in sewing and crafting on her blog, Pretty By Hand. We teamed up with her to make a Pretty By Hand approved fat quarter bundle that you can use to make a wide variety of sweet, vintage-inspired projects. Kristyne is here to show off her bundle and give one away, so keep reading and be inspired!

Q: What will you be making with your Blogger’s Choice Fat Quarter Bundle?
A:I want this bundle to last as long as possible so I’m going to make a bunch of smaller things, like the tote bag and pencil bag below. Stay tuned and check my blog for more. 😉

Q: What quilt project are you currently working on?
A:The last quilt I started – and haven’t finished – is an English paper-pieced hexagon quilt. I started it last summer and planned to have it finished this coming summer. I worked a lot on it for a few months. Haven’t touched it since October. But it sits on the ottoman between my reclining feet and the tv, taunting me. Guess I better get back to it. (Did I mention the hexagons are 1/2″?)

And now for the GIVEAWAY! We put Krystine in the “hot seat” and asked her these three quilting related questions.

Hot Seat:
1. jelly roll or layer cake
2. planned, scrappy, or “planned scrappy” 😉
3. prints or solids

Leave a comment on this post choosing one of each pair you think Kristyne would have selected. Answer correctly and you will have a chance to win one of her Blogger’s Choice Fat Quarter Bundles.

A winner will be chosen on Friday, February 21, 2014. Good Luck!

UPDATE! VickiT is our lucky winner! Please email chelsey@fatquartershop.com to claim your prize. Thank you all for playing!
