Dragon Fruit pairs Tula Pink’s modern fabric with Fat Quarter Shop’s Foundation Paper Piecing Pads. Your blocks will quickly take shape with detailed cutting guides and fabric placement instructions for the Log Cabin, Courthouse Steps, Square in a Square, Economy, Flying Geese and Snail Trail Foundation Papers that finish at 4″, 6″, and 12″. With our foundation paper pads, getting accurate points will be a cinch, and we think this quilt is suitable for intermediate to advanced quilters.
The Dragon Fruit Quilt is queen-sized, finishing at 84.5″ square, and inspired by the beautiful Hibiscus flower. The kit includes Pint-Sized Prints & True Colors by Tula Pink for FreeSpirit Fabrics and Kimberly will be kicking things off with a tutorial for the first block this fall!

I signed up the minute I saw this quilt even though I have a moratorium on starting new BOMs this year. I’ve been catching up finishing old BOMs and projects, but this one is a must do, must have. Each kit will no doubt be fabulous as all FQS kits are. The generous fabric cuts, the packaging, service — everything makes this worth it because it’s coming from FQS. I will be working hard to be ready and clear the decks for this wonderful project in October.
