The 40th anniversary of the beloved and world-renown children’s book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle, just passed, and for the first time Fat Quarter Shop is happy to revel in that caterpillar-y goodness. Andover Fabrics has reproduced Carle’s fun and colorful illustrations in numbers, dots, paint squiggles, and of course caterpillars and a beautiful panel of the caterpillar and butterfly.

I LOVE this!!! I just decided a few months ago to do a “Very Hungry Caterpillar” theme for our nursery, but was struggling to find fabric that I liked–needless to say, this is perfect!
