Spring Quilt Market 2018: Friday - The Jolly Jabber Quilting Blog

Spring Quilt Market 2018: Friday

And that wraps up our first day at Spring Quilt Market 2018. We were blown away by all the amazing new fabrics and all things quilting we saw on our first day and cannot wait for a second day of fun! Lets take a look at some of the highlights from our first day of adventure at Spring Quilt Market 2018:

We started off with Moda and met our good friend Lissa Alexander in front of Shannon Gillman Orr’s booth featuring her collection, Woodland Secret.

The first stop on our tour of the Moda area was Brenda Riddle’s booth featuring her collection Amberley.

We had a book signing with Joanna Figueroa of Fig Tree Quilts of her newest book with It’s Sew Emma, Christmas Figs!

Our friend from across the pond, Janet Clare, was featuring her new collection Weather Permitting in her booth.

We took in the gorgeous houses and prints made from Sweetwater’s collection, Oxford.

Bright, cheery and very vibrant in Corey Yoder’s booth featuring her newest collection, Sunnyside Up!

Got in the childhood spirit with American Jane’s collection, Play All Day!

Love the mixture of bright fabrics and dark linen in April Rosenthal’s booth! She brought her newest collection All Weather Friend to this year’s market!

Kristyne Czepuryk‘s newest collection, Guest Room, will have you feeling right at home!

We loved seeing Lori Holt’s festive fall quilt, Autumn Love, and Lauren Nash’s newest collection, Calico Crow! Bring in autumn with these two Riley Blake features.

Get ready to set sail with Tasha Noel’s collection Seaside! The life size sailboat was the perfect addition to her booth!

Gerri Robinson brought her A game to this quilt market with two collections in her booth, Rose Garden and Rustic Romance!

We had so much fun chatting with Mr. Domestic and seeing all the fun creations he made with Loved to Pieces! He even made a wine glass stand cover from this fabric!

Tula Pink never fails to impress us with her collection and this market is no different! Zuma blew us away with its nautical theme in fun, bright colors!

Violet Craft brought her Farmland Series to this market. The Cow Quilt was definitely one of our favorites!

Loved the rainbow of color at the Cotton + Steel booth!

We loved Tilda’s whimsical theme with the cute stuffed animals! Using Sunkiss and Tone Finnanger, they made all of their quilts, bags and more!

We fell in love at Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts’ booth! She featured the Sew In Love Quilt from her Sew In Love Book, made from her Little Sweetheart collection.

That was just the first day! Of course, we can’t forget that with another day of Quilt Market comes another GIVEAWAY!
