Hi everyone! Are you having a good weekend? It’s Kimberly here, and I’m thrilled to share my Simply Stellar quilt, which has just arrived in The Quilter Feb/Mar 2014 issue!
I have such a love affair with sawtooth stars, and it is so evident in this awesome quilt! There are stars everywhere, big and little. The color combination of blue and teal make it feel fresh for today (I used Maison Bleue by Robyn Pandolph). Thanks to The Quilter for featuring my quilt!
If you like my version in Maison Bleue, you can pick up a Quilt Kit in our shop. Do you share my love of stars? Let me know!
I absolutely love this quilt. I have always loved stars. This is beautiful!
The Sawtooth Star has always been my favorite block, too! That quilt is beautiful!
This is a beautiful quilt. I am always drawn to quilts featuring stars.
I love star quilts! My favorite so far is Vintage Days.
Now I have to make Simply Stellar. Love the fabrics.
I love the Vintage Days. I love blue.
This is so pretty! And I really like the alternating background fabric. And the border is so nice too!
I'm still new to all the quilt blocks, but stars have a special spot in my binder 'collection' already.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this quilt!!!!!
Kimberly, your quilt is stunning. I love stars and the Maison Bleue fabric is outstanding.
Wow! The aqua and blue are beautiful together.
I just LOVE the sawtooth star also! I used it to make my infant daughters crib quilt using the petal line. I also put one 6×6 sawtooth star in the left bottom corner on the back of each quilt as a sort of signature:) all my friends have come to expect it:) these colors are just beautiful!
Blues and stars–perfect!! I will be looking for this magazine, for sure!
The Sawtooth Star is my new favorite! I am making a quilt using a variation of it called the Martha Washington block.
I love this quilt pattern, and the fabrics as well. Beautiful!
Thanks for the ideas your share here
So far, I am looking for a source of reference on various websites
Now I have found what I was looking for all this time
I keep the spirit to strive to be the best, one of which is a reference from your idea that really helped me.
Once again I want to say thank you
