This quilt is fun to make and takes you right on the (yellow) brick road! It is also one of our fastest Shortcut Quilts! You go from cutting to sewing your rows together in no time and it is great for showing off big novelty prints!

  3. You said that you never use the cutting mat to measure out your larger cuts. Why is it better to layer your rulers?

    1. For precision, Kimberly prefers to always use rulers over the cutting mat for cutting pieces. For cutting large yardage pieces, she will use the cutting mat.
