Happy Monday and welcome to Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet‘s Quilty Fun Blog Tour & Sew Along! Spring has not yet sprung, but we are dreaming of Spring this week with the Spring Tulip block. We are teaming up with Penny of Sew Take a Hike, so get out your copy of Quilty Fun and let’s get started.

There are only two tulip blocks in the Quilty Fun Sampler quilt. Download the cutting PDF and get started! If you want to make more, flip to page 102 in your copy of Quilty Fun and make the Tulip Patch quilt!
Once your blocks have been sewn, be sure to add a photo or two to the Quilty Fun Sew Along Flickr Group for a chance to win this week’s prize. We are giving away two spools of Aurifil Thread #2024 to two winners and one packet of Alphabitties to one winner! Three winners will be chosen next week and announced right here.
The winners of last week‘s giveaway are mamapoc2014, sewcookandtravel, and quilting linda!
Check back next week to see if you won a Quilty Fun prize and to start sewing the Fall Leaves with Jodi of Pleasant Home!

Hi! I think that your PDF contains several errors. For example, the book says that the tulip pieces are J, K, L but your pdf says H, I, J. And the book says that the leaves are G, H, I but the pdf says G, K, L. Can you please check this out for us?
Greg – you are referring to the instructions for the Tulip Patch quilt on page 102. The Cutting PDF refers to the Spring Tulips block in the Row Along portion of the book on page 44. If you flip to page 44 you will find instructions that match up! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Aha! Thank you!
Thanks for the Tulip Blocks to brighten our day here in Snowy SE Washington State. I will get mine done and posted soon. Can't miss out on the Thread and Alphabitties!
How do I find that fabulous turquoise sewing machine and old school pink telephone?! Lori, I have as many of your fabrics as I could find, enough to make the whole quilt! Just gotta get started now…love this quilt along, Thanks Kimberly!
