  1. I'm liking the Riley Blake 'Tone on Tone' dot collection. For some reason I've recently developed a fascination with polka dots!

And thanks so much for sponsoring giveaways!!

  2. This would be lovely in Bouquet by Annette Tatum for Free Spirit. I think the low contrast would be beautiful!

  3. I think this would look fab in Noteworthy (then again, what wouldn't?!). Or I might be tempted to wait until Bonnie & Camille's Scrumptious line comes out …. mmmm

  4. I like Sandy's new line, Nature's Christmas. It has traditional and primitive style fabrics and would make a beautiful christmas quilt.

  5. I made my (yet unfinished) Double Take with Moda Flirt. But I think it'll look gorgous in Moda Avalon, too!

  7. I'd love to use Fig Tree's Avalon fabric. ( if I weren't going to make the obvious choice of any Bonnie and Camille collection-love those, too!)

  8. Happy Friday! I have fallen in love with Pat Pravo's designs, so I would go with Carnaby Street for Art Gallery Fabrics. Thanks for the chance! –Jennifer

    Laurelgj(at)aol(dot)com

  10. Holiday in the Pines would be a great starting point for this quilt. When its hot out I start to think about Christmas quilts.

  11. I would choose Winter's lane Kate and Birdie paper co. by Moda. It would be great to have 2 Christmas quilts ready for gift giving!!!!szarzana65378@comcast.net

  12. I think I would mix this up with the checkered pieces being black and white with a bright pink background. Here's my choices Debonaire fabric

Shades of Black jelly roll by Me and My Sister for the jelly roll

Moda Marbles Bubble gum pink 9904 … 1.75 yards for the background
    And .50 yards for binding.

Shades of black black tickles dot yardage 22195-32 … 3.25 for backing

  13. Honestly, I don't think it gets much better than what it is done in, Happy Go Lucky. But since I am feeling summery, it could be fun in Coastal Mini Series.

  14. This screams Thirties repro to me! I think Storybook Classics by Whistler Studios for Windham Fabrics would be totally fetch!

  15. Too Many wonderful choices. I like Josephine, Breakers Bali Pop, Rum Raisin bali pop and Aspen Frost. Huge fabric dreaming here!

  16. I'd like to see this quilt in the Shelburne Falls collection. The wide variety of designs and colors would be beautiful in this quilt.

  17. I would like to see the Double Take quilt made with the Comma Jelly Roll
by Zen Chic for Moda Fabrics with coordinating green, orange and black "circles".

  18. I would pick a jelly roll and charm pack of Baby Jane, by Eric and Julie Comstock for Moda Fabrics! I love the colors, and the patterns. I think this would be perfect for this pattern!

  19. I think this would be fun in Technicolor by Emily Herrick. Technicolor would result in great quilts for tweens and teens of both genders, which aren't that easy to come up with.

  20. Since autumn is coming soon, I would select "Eerie Halloween by Timeless Treasures Fabrics". It will be fun to see owls & co in the hexagons and crosses as well as backgrounds.

  21. I would use Winter's lane by Kate and Birdie. It would make a fun holiday quilt. Those circles look like snow balls to me!

  22. Comma Jelly Roll
    Zen Chic for Moda Fabrics
This is my favorite for the Double Take pattern

  25. Scrumptious and I have been known to change my mind too, as have yet to absorb all the new collections from Quilt Market. mlwright29(at)hotmail(dot)com

  26. Love the new Baby Jane for the jelly rolls and a charm pack of Moda bella
    solid in matching light/ cream

  27. Would love this with Sweetcakes by
Doodlebug Design for Riley Blake Designs for this pattern; would make a sweet girl's quilt.

  28. I like romantic prints, albeit would more likely use these in a sweet quilt or bathroom than a kitchen. I do like the idea of coordinating the shower curtain and towel sets for a guest bathroom. Thanks for the chance. mlwright29(at)hotmail(dot)com
(the mother of the mother & daughter quilters Margaret and Marcia)

Bouquet is the fabric collection that would like to use, and hope to locate the same blues and navy that Alyssa Scavetta shows in the Thimble Blossoms photo. I love that blue and navy contrast.

Thanks for the chance to enter the contest. This is a gorgeous quilt design.

  30. I love bake sale by Lori Holt- she creates such fun and fresh looking fabrics.
Thanks for the chance to win one of your wonderful gift certificates.
    Regards from Alberta,
    Anna
