  8. Since I have all boys, I naturally gravitate to the more masculine, fun & funky collections, and I think the new Rockets & Robots by Blue Sky Studio would be fantastic in this! I could see using the different colored "gears" prints with a bit of the stardust & stripes thrown in….a splash of the busier prints here and there for fun….would really play well with the geometric design of the quilt!

  9. I would make this in Lario by 3 Sisters. I think that the soft romantic florals with the pops of red would be very pretty.

  10. This would be beautiful in marmalade b Bonnie & Camille contrasting the dark red and orange and pink with the yellow and neutral and blues! And very spring-y!

  21. After almost 2 feet of snow in a week, I am craving some bright colors! I would choose BOTH Sampler #1 and Sampler #2 Kaffe Collective to make the Arithmetic pattern quilt. It would give me the bright color assortment I want and be enough to make a quilt for me and at least one to give away!

  22. Since I am a 4th grade teacher, I immediately feel in love with this pattern – and I found a cute fab collection that had a school-ish theme that I think would work perfectly!
    Apple Jack Cotton

  24. LOVE that collection called "Pam Kitty Morning" So bright, and cheery and would look so sweet made into sewing machine cover, curtains and other accessories in my sewing room.
Thanks for the chance to win.

  25. I am having a sewers block (similar to a writers block) that I am hoping you can help me with. I am an avid sewer, but have never taken on a quilt project even though I have wanted to several times. The block comes in when it's time to decide on the fabric! I love all the Ellie Ann fabrics but I am overwhelmed with how to get started and the significance of the "term fat quarter" is not clear to me and I can not seem to formulate a clear idea of just how to begin. I would love to do a Spring Quilt in Ellie Ann fabrics – perhaps a kit is the way to go for a newbee – any advice?

  26. I was thinking about girls and math. I think the Me and My Sister Designs' Designer Ticklish Collection would be cheery and inspirational to young girls.

  27. I think that this in Julia Rothman's upcoming Ride would look great and bicycles are always a positive childhood memory!

  28. I think it would look great in the Amy Butler Spots collection! Modern prints and colors in a variety of lights and darks.

  29. I am wanting to make anything with the new Tavern Collections (in any colorway), by Paula Barnes. So, that would be my pick.

  30. I'd choose Indigo Crossing MINI Charm Pack Minick & Simpson for Moda Fabrics – it'd be great not to cut all those squares!

  31. Enchanted Pond by Holly Taylor would look nice and would be my first choice. thanks for the fun!

  32. I am STILL loving Carnaby Street. My fat quarters of the collection arrived this past week and I can't wait to cut into them. The pattern has been laying on my cutting table and I've read it over and over. I have to admit that I am totally smitten with the more modern lines that are coming out. Most still have a hint of traditional in them and that satisfies me.

  33. Ladybug Garden by Doodlebug Design for Riley Blake Designs is my first choice for sure! soparkaveataoldotcom
