Inspired by Ohio’s Miami Valley quiltmakers from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, Sheryl Johnson’s new Temecula Album Quilt Block of the Month is here! The block of the month program runs from March 2019 to February 2020! This is our first Block of the Month with Sheryl Johnson and we are so excited to work with her vintage themed fabrics. Sheryl created Temecula Quilt Co. to showcase her love for reproduction fabrics, scrappy projects and, of course, quilting!
Featuring Sheryl’s Temecula Treasures collection for Marcus Brothers Fabrics, the mismatched block sizes, unique appliqué and wonderful folk-art appearance of the Miami Valley quiltmakers provides the perfect inspiration for this Block of the Month. The Temecula Treasures collection will be available in February 2019 but be sure to sign up to be notified when it’s in stock!
At the end of the Temeula Block of the Month, you’ll have completed the Temecula Quilt quilt top! We even have a separate Backing Set to help you finish off the entire quilt. The completed Temecula Quilt finishes at 63″ x 70″.

Question: What is the necessary skill level for the Temecula BOM quilt? Love it but I’m an appliquer not so great at piecing. LOL
