We love quilts of any and all sizes, but there’s something particularly fun about a Mini Quilt. Not only are minis super adorable and perfect for wall décor or a table topper, but they’re a great way to try out a new technique without committing to it for a big, time-consuming quilt. Sew fun! They also make great gifts and can be made into beautiful throw pillows!

Today we’re pleased to share a final video featuring special guest Sherri McConnell – fabric designer and pattern designer. Sherri shares her mini quilts with us, made from patterns sold at the Fat Quarter Shop, and they’re gorgeous!

We hope you’ll pick a favorite pattern and share it in a comment on this post. We’re dying to know which pattern is your #1 fav! Happy MINI Quilting!

Star Shine really shines for me in the minis, but I have to confess that my absolute favorite pattern from Sherri is Anasazi!
Hope Chest is my favorite mini.
My favourite is the Summer star.
Mini Shine is my favorite!
wow tough choice. Anasazi
I've made her Mini Shine and love it. I was able to quilt it on my regular machine which I loved. I think I will try Hope Chest next.
I love the Daybreak!!! Keep up the good work.
Mini Shine is my favorite!!
Her patterns are gorgeous! I love dreamcatcher.
I love Hope Chest. I find it amazing how this pattern can look so different depending on the choice of fabrics. It's hard to believe the mini and full size are the same pattern! I love it!!
Mini shine is my favourite mini quilt pattern.

My favorite Mini is: Summer Star, so pretty!
I just love Sherri's Star Bright mini pattern.
I'm torn between "Hope Chest" and "Summer Star", so I guess I'll just declare TWO favorites!
Summer star is awesome sauce.
My favorite block is broken dishes. Sherry's Hope Chest has a great setting for the block.
I like a lot of them but Hope Chest would be my favorite.
Star Bright and/or Star Bright Mini. I'd probably make the mini. I've never made a mini quilt and this looks like the one to start with. The star block is a favorite of mine. Sewing stars together makes me think of summer nights spent outdoors (camping) with my family and my uncle Sam, teaching me about the stars when I was a curious young thing
