Le Jardin is our first quilt in the new June/July 2013 issue of The Quilter, and I could not be happier with it. This quilt really embodies my favorite look. The soft pinks and blues of Love & Liberty by Robyn Pandolph capture my heart every time, and in these traditional bear paw blocks I can love it forever. Though it’s a well-known traditional block, alternating colored blocks with colored backgrounds adds that special little something-something.
The size is great for a bed, and I think I might add it to my shabby chic guest room. Though I’m sure it would find its way to my own somehow!

So gorgeous in its simplicity…the perfect quilt! Alternating with the white Bear Paws is so clever and strangely, I haven't seen this twist in a Bear Paw quilt before!
