It’s Time for Lori Holt’s Prairie Home Quilt Book!

The wait is over! Lori Holt’s Prairie Home Quilt Book is available now, and we couldn’t be more excited! Lori Holt has stuffed this book to the brim with 30 quilts, 8 tabletoppers, and 3 runners that will keep you cozy during every season. Keep reading for all the info about this inspiring new book and to get a sneak peek!

Lori Holt’s Prairie Home book is a fresh take on quilts from the bygone era of covered wagons, hand piecing, and quilting bees. The quilts in the book are organized by season, from Spring to Winter. Each season has its own beauty and opportunities, and these quilts celebrate that! Jump right into her fall and winter patterns with the Plaid Pumpkin Tabletopper Fabric Kit and the Trees with Stars Tabletopper Fabric Kit featuring Lori Holt’s fabrics for Riley Blake Designs.

Lori is working on a very special sew along set to start in 2025. While we wait for more info to come for that, keep your quilting calendar full with one (or two, or three, or more) of the quilt kits we’ve put together for patterns in the Prairie Home Quilt Book.

  1. I really want to do the Going West Quilt. Wish it came as a kit. Also want to do the Prairie Bonnet Quilt. Also wish it was a kit. I plan to pick up the Prairie Sunflower Tabletopper and the Plaid Pumpkin Tabletopper.

  2. The Prairie Home Quilt is at the top of my list! I LOVE log cabin quilts and this one is special.

  3. I just received my book yesterday and love it! It’s going to be hard to choose which quilt to make first.

  4. Totally forgot that I ordered this until it arrived and I’m so glad I did. My plan is to start with the table toppers. Then again, I think I will enjoy reading each interesting page first. Another win-win for Lori.

  5. While i probably won’t do all the quilts in the book, they are super. I have several of Lori’s sampler quilt books from the Farm Girl series and have made several quilts from them. I do think the Prairie Home quilt will be a perfect raffle quilt for my historical society’s fund raisers.
What a beautiful book. Worth the price and the wait.
