We’re sew excited to share this darling new pattern with you!  It’s the Kimberly’s Sac Bag Sewing Pattern by and it was designed exlusively for us by Fig Tree Quilts! We also have a kit for this project featuring the Strawberry Fields Revisited fabrics!

 
But wait, there’s more!  We even have a fabulous how-to video that shows you how to complete this project, so even beginning bag makers can take on this bag with confidence.
 
 

We LOVE this bag.  Not only can you customize it with your favorite fabrics, threads, buttons and quilting, it’s also got a nice, long strap for comfort and convenience that can be shortened if you so desire.  Kimberly’s Sac makes a great handmade gift, too.

The samples below, whipped up by some of our FQS staffers, are proof that this bag looks great in a variety of colors and patterns. We also had some wonderful bloggers sew along with us to make Kimbery’s Sacs of their own, so please keep scrolling down…

    use Farm House and tan linen.

  3. I love this project. Why don't you put also the dowloadable version? The international shipping cost is more expensive than the patter itself.

  4. At one point in the video, it says to click to download the pattern, but it only takes you to the paper pattern. Please post a downloadable pattern!

  5. Very cute bag.. I'll be making one! I love bags! I've made lots of bags but it's always fun to see how someone else goes about it and what supplies they like to use so I enjoyed the video and information alot. Thank you!
