Charm Box: Free Quilt Pattern with Fat Quarter Shop

Happy Friday quilters! We’re introducing a new Shortcut Quilt today that’s full of charm, called Charm Box. This charming quilt uses two charm packs and some yardage, so it’s a great stash buster.

Kimberly created her Charm Box quilt with the Aloha Girl Charm Packs by Fig Tree Quilts for Moda Fabrics and the Aloha Girl Coconut Solid for her sashing.
The FQS team also sewed up their own versions of the Charm Box in different Moda Fabric collections. Which one is your favorite?

Now it’s time to start sewing! Pick up your favorite charm packs and download the Charm Box pattern, and watch Kimberly’s video tutorial to get started on your quilt.

Oh, and did we mention our Mini Charm Box quilt? This mini version is made from mini charm packs! You can find the mini version here, after the charm pack version.

We’ve also teamed up with a bunch of your favorite bloggers and designers, so be sure to check out their Charm Box creations on their blog.

  1. Cute, Cute!! Gave a copy of the pattern to a friend who has a new grandchild. Would make a fun baby quilt.

  2. Hi Kimberly & The FQS team! I can honestly say I love all four of the quilts. But I'm super surprised at how much I love the Feed Company quilt! It's so great when someone can take a fabric line and open my eyes to how cute it is in a quilt. Happy Friday, and thanks for the great pattern. 🙂

  3. I love that Karin at Leigh Laurel Studios did it in a twin size. I was thinking it could be really cute in a larger size, now I really want to try it too!

  4. What a cute quilt. Than you for sharing. I lost a Super Bowl bet with my cousin and now get to make a quilt for her. This one would be fun and quick.

  5. So excited, I just received my fabric and I am looking forward to creating a quilt like one of these. Thanks for the idea. I like all 4 of the quilts, each one is unique with its color and print.
