Hello everyone! We are so excited to introduce this super simple and easy project using one of our favorite Riley Blake Designs collections, Bloom & Bliss by Nadra Ridgeway. This cute receiving blanket is the perfect beginner’s project, plus it makes a great baby shower gift for your loved ones.
To make the receiving blanket, all you need is some 10″ squares and 1 1/8 yards backing fabric (get the FREE pattern here). Watch Kimberly’s video tutorial to see the entire assembly process.
If you want to make our version, we created a special quilt kit in our shop just for you!
This receiving blanket is also a great canvas to decorate with finishing threads. Kimberly used our exclusive Fat Quarter Shop & Aurifil Finishing Set in the Tart colorway.
We also have a few mommy bloggers dying to show off their receiving blankets today. Hop on over to their blogs to see their creations.
