Join us for A Scrapbook of Quilts Pillow Along!

This month we announced the exciting arrival of Joanna Figueroa and Carrie Nelson’s latest book, A Scrapbook of Quilts! This book holds over 30 different projects, perfect for any quilter that has a special place in their heart for all things scrappy. In honor of the book’s release, Joanna and Carrie are leading us in a fun Pillow Along inspired by the multitude of patchwork pillows, pincushions and quilts that you can sew from A Scrapbook of Quilts.

The Pillow Along kicks off today, June 22, and lasts for eight weeks. We’ll have some special friends joining us, and some fun giveaways, too! Join Joanna over on her blog for all the details and inspiration throughout! Joanna Figueroa (@figtreeandco) and Carrie Nelson (@justcarrieintexas) will share the weekly prompt and inspiration on Instagram, so follow them to join in. Kimberly will also be sewing along and sharing her progress!

Supplies

The first week is all about gathering your supplies and getting ready to sew! For now, all you need are the book and your choice of fabrics.

• A Scrapbook of Quilts Book by Carrie Nelson & Joanna Figueroa for It’s Sew Emma. The patterns for each pillow are included in the book (PLUS there will be some fun extras included in the Pillow Along!).
  
• You can sew each pillow up with your stash to make it scrappy, or you can use any new collections that you’ve had your eye on! PLUS, we have three different fabric bundles to help you find inspiration and get started on your Scrapbook of Quilts Projects!
