A new quilting mystery is blooming at Fat Quarter Shop! Our Designer Mystery Block of the Month turns twenty this year, and we’re celebrating two decades of quilty surprises with twelve new blocks from some of our favorite Moda designers. Each block is stitched in the Sunroom collection by Corey Yoder for Moda Fabrics, in radiant shades of strawberry, stone, and cloud white. Whether this is your first or twentieth time stitching with us, there’s a seat for everyone in the sunroom, so pull up a chair and watch the mystery come together piece by piece.
How Does the Designer Mystery Block of the Month Work?
Starting in June 2027, you’ll receive fabric and a pattern for one surprise block each month through May 2028. Each of the 12 blocks comes from a different Moda Fabrics designer and finishes at 12″ square. Add the coordinating finishing kit, and your completed quilt will measure 62.5″ x 76.5″.
