Happy Friday! We are adding another pattern to our Classic & Vintage series: Lady of the Lake. For those who are unfamiliar with our Classic & Vintage series, we focus on traditional quilt blocks and add a modern twist!
The Lady of the Lake quilt is a classic pattern that is made up of 8 half-square triangles, sewn together to make a unique block, and is resurging in popularity. Kimberly made her Lady of the Lake quilt using The Good Life by Bonnie & Camille for Moda Fabrics. The traditional triangular pattern in the quilt makes gorgeous quilt blocks and quilts of all sizes.
The complete Lady of the Lake pattern is available for purchase at fatquartershop.com. To make a quilt just like ours, we have a Lady of the Lake quilt kit and separate backing set available!
If you’re ready to sew along with us, grab your supplies, download your FREE block pattern and watch Kimberly’s video tutorial for a step-by-step guide on making your block!
We are super happy to have one of our biggest quilt alongs for this quilt block! Check out the 41 bloggers who quilted the Lady of the Lake quilt block along with us:
