2015 Summer Book Club: Sew Pretty for Little Girls

Hi everyone! It’s time for another Summer Book Club pick. Today’s book is about all things pretty with Sew Pretty for Little Girls by Alice Caroline.
This adorable book is filled with twenty sewing projects that will make any little girl’s dream come true. From her favorite quilt to curtains, to cushions and a topsy turvy doll, Sew Pretty for Little Girls will bring joy to any room.

Our crafty staff Deborah created the Libby Ra-Ra Skirt from the book using the whimsical Birds & the Bees collection by Tamara Kate. And we just say, our model is oh-so cute!

  1. I received two books as gifts, Big Blocks Big Style and Quilt Lovely. I was able to postva review on the second one only because somelse had too, but Big Blocks I was not able to. So i will not get an entry, and i am a new(er) quilter/sewer and i need books and things so badly so this was right up my ally for once.

  3. Hi kellie,
Have a look around on Pinterest, follow some quilting blogs and do a Google search for big block patterns and you should be able to find something to help you out
