Are all the measurements correct for this block? I found after triple checking the cuts I made, that some sections came out to 17 inches vs 16.5

I am also having trouble with the block. Which blocks did you change? I have my block made but am having trouble getting the bottom of the wheels to fit. My upper section is a little bigger than 16.5 and the bottom section is smaller but the H block seems to long. I very likely printed my pattern before it was updated but did not get it made until yesterday.
