    1. Yes, but there are vendor delays so we haven’t been billed yet. It’s a Lori Holt box.

    2. I received an email that December would be late and January also as they were waiting on a particular item. So you should get Decembers this month and maybe January will arrive at the end of the month?

      1. I’m thinking Folktale? Someone said Cider, I have no clue but I know I’ll love it!!

  20. I got my December box today, January 15th. I was so excited for Lori holt fabric but I’m not sure this is from her line. Can you verify that with me please.

  22. Pretty assortment. Looks like cider! Will hopefully be getting the valentine box about the same time then. Any idea if that will be delayed?

  24. I Just got my December box two days ago. Now you say Jan. box will come in Feb. what is up with this? you say it’s the venters . why can’t you just choose something else?

    1. I’m sure to replace something missing is challenging. So much has already been done to put the boxes together. The little brochure that outlines the items is probably already printed and ready. Items tend to be coordinated in the box. And then you need to make sure you have enough of an item for all boxes. While we may have to wait a bit longer, I agree with others it is like your birthday or Christmas. I love the surprises.

    2. We plan the items in the boxes 6 – 9 months in advance. It’s not easy to make a substitution that will go with the design and theme of the box, meet the right price point and quality that we strive for in the Sew Sampler Box. The delays in manufacturing and shipping are across the board in many industries. We’re doing our best with the current situation.

  25. My account was already charged for January shipment 2 days ago. I’m going to assume mine will come before February.

    1. I wonder if you were being charged for the Jolly Box? If you signed up for that, that may be it. We emailed all Sew Sampler Box members this week with an update on shipping. One of our vendors is having significant shipping delays so all of the January boxes will be delayed. However, you will not be billed until we are ready to ship out the boxes.

      We are estimating that the boxes will be ready to ship in the first part of February.

      We apologize for the delays. Please know that this is completely out of our hands and we have been working with our vendors to get items as quickly as possible. Manufacturing and shipping have been a major challenge for most companies throughout last year and now into this year.

      We thank you for your patience as we work through these hurdles.

  32. There are so many collections from Basic Grey that are among my all-time favorites, including Curio and Blitzen. I know I am going to love Cider!

  33. Wow December, valentine special and January boxes, mailed within weeks apart. I’ve been a busy sew beaver. Finished one and moving to my January lovely box. My colors!

  34. Cider was my first thought but I don’t recall seeing blue in the Cider line. This is my first box and I’m excited!
