  1. I haven't done any garment sewing – just quilting – but I'd love to learn. Will definitely look into this book.

  2. I learned to sew garments for myself years ago through 4-H and my mother. When I had a little girl, I sewed her many dresses and hats and us matching dresses. Now I sew quilts.

  3. I have made dresses, coats for daughters, so many things for myself. My mom taught me to sew, and some alteration knowledge.
I love making my own clothes.
I adore these dresses. Dresses are so fun and easy to wear too.
I have to make most of my NICE clothing because I come from a long hereditary line of stick people, we have no shape, no hips, long thin arms…. so when I shop for something it always looks ridiculous. I either buy something and fix it but I love making my dresses and blouses.
This book looks wonderful . Wow, I will put it on my wish list!!

  4. I used to sew everything, suits, coats, pants, skirts, dresses, but nowadays it's tees, tanks, shorts and simple skirts. I'll be looking at this book because the dresses look timeless and easy to stitch up.

  5. I would love to be able to sew my own dresses, and the photos you show here make me want to try. They are all such classic designs!

  6. I have made everything including my daughters bridal gown. I am always using more than one pattern to get the look or fit I want. This book looks like it could be a great addition to any sewing kit.

  7. Yes! I sew clothes again! Simple, quick things for myself now. I live in Hawaii, where we wear a lot of cotton, so I'm inclined to sew again.
I enjoy cotton textiles more than wool.

  8. $9 Million Fraud Judgment Against Antony Gordon In Federal Court
This fraud judgment has led to Antony Gordon’s Chapter Seven bankruptcy, which is a straight liquidation.
This (2:13-ap-01536-DS 1568931 Ontario Ltd., an Ontario (Canada Corporati v. Gordon et al) looks like a $9 million dollar fraud judgment in federal court against Rabbi Chanan (Antony) Gordon (an attorney, motivational speaker, and hedge fund manager).
