So today, we are so excited to introduce Jaybird Quilts’ Gravity quilt! This beautiful quilt features 114 different Kona Solids and uses her Hex N’ More Ruler and her NEW Super Sidekick Ruler.

Hi and thank you so much for your question. The reason why we are kitting this is because the quilt requires over 200 10" squares to make. Robert Kaufman/Kona has created custom layer cakes for the quilt and it goes in the order of how you would make it if it was a BOM. The Gravity Quilt Book that is included in the kit also divides the quilt into sections and step by step instructions so it will be easy to follow. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Yes, I do love this quilt! I can't afford it now, but someday in the future perhaps. And I will say that usually I'm not tempted to buy a kit, too many changes I would want to make. I'm the exact opposite with this quilt! I wouldn't consider changing a thing, it's too beautiful just as it is! Magistra13 at yahoo dot com
